In the just-concluded "Global Electronic Achievement Awards" ceremony, the SGM8277-1/2 operational amplifier of SG Microelectronics won the "Annual Innovative Product Award" with its outstanding performance and innovative technology. This highly anticipated award ceremony was grandly held in Shenzhen on November 5.
Chen Hongsheng, director of SG Microelectronics' South China FAE, went on stage to receive the award.
The SGM8277-1/2 series operational amplifiers provide optimized solutions for application fields with high voltage, high precision, low noise and low power consumption with their 4MHz gain-bandwidth product, rail-to-rail output, low noise and high voltage characteristics, as well as precise operational performance. These high-performance operational amplifiers can work stably under a single power supply of 4V to 36V or a dual power supply of ±2V to ±18V, and the quiescent current consumption of each amplifier is only 1100μA. Its input common-mode voltage range is wide, from (-VS) + 2V to (+VS) - 2V, and it can achieve rail-to-rail output swing even under heavy load conditions.
The low input offset voltage (typical value ±10μV) and low input bias current (typical value ±10pA) of the SGM8277-1/2 series operational amplifiers ensure their excellent performance in low-noise systems. In addition, their slew rate also reaches 3.5V/μs, further enhancing their applicability in various applications.
SGM8277-1 provides two packaging options: green SOIC-8 and TDFN-3×3-8L, while SGM8277-2 provides three packaging options: green SOIC-8, MSOP-8 and TDFN-3×3-8L. The specified operating temperature range of these operational amplifiers is the extended industrial temperature range from -40℃ to +125℃, enabling them to adapt to various harsh working environments.
This achievement not only showcases SG Microelectronics' technical strength in the field of high-performance operational amplifiers, but also reflects SG Microelectronics' continuous commitment to innovation and leadership in the field of analog chips.
