1. Able to draw, develop, implement, monitor sales strategy, operational plans and budgets, to achieve the long-term sales profitability and growth.
2. Establish and maintain good customer relationship, understand customer needs in time, create product and service needs by APP technical market, use product expertise to make technical suggestions. To make our company becoming the preferred distributor for customers and suppliers, and to achieve team and personal sales goals.
3. Monitor the sales level of the responsible area, and watch the target area.
4. Work out and monitor annual sales forecast, to achieve the assigned sales target, including audit the profit and loss review.
5. Work with management to review business plan and YTD performance.
6. Provide guidance to teams, visit customer regularly to maintain the best relationship with customers.
7. Provide leadership and management direction to the responsible region, including recruitment, employee performance, training and compensation management.
8. Deliver the value-added capabiliy and service to clients.
9. Proceed and coordinate the sales department weekly meeting, to review the quarterly sales with management department.
