Job responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the establishment, training, and daily management of the electronic components sales team in Southeast Asia. Based on the skills and specialties of team members, reasonably allocate work tasks to build an efficient and collaborative sales team.
Conduct in - depth research on the characteristics, demands, and competitive situations of the electronic components markets in various Southeast Asian countries. Develop and implement targeted and differentiated regional sales strategies to increase the company's product market share in Southeast Asia.
Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with potential customers and partners in Southeast Asia. Actively expand business channels to promote the market promotion and sales growth of the company's products in Southeast Asia.
Regularly collect and analyze data and information on the electronic components market in Southeast Asia, including market trends, competitor dynamics, etc., providing data support and decision - making basis for the company's product research and development and market strategy adjustment.
Coordinate cross - departmental resources within the company to ensure the smooth progress of sales projects. Timely resolve problems encountered by customers during product use to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in international trade, business administration, etc. preferred.
3-5 years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years of experience in sales management of electronic components in Southeast Asia. Familiar with the operation mode of the Southeast Asian electronic components market.
Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to effectively motivate team members to improve the overall performance of the team.
Be proficient in English or at least one local Southeast Asian language, and have excellent cross - cultural communication and business negotiation skills.
Have an in - depth understanding of the electronic components industry, and be familiar with the performance, application scenarios, and market demands of various electronic components products.
Possess keen market insight and analysis ability, and be able to quickly grasp market changes and business opportunities.
