A 10% increase will be applied to new orders received after October 1, as well as orders currently being shipped, with varying price increases for some individual product lines.
In addition to the price increases announced by ADI and ROM Semiconductor, recent rumors suggest that automotive chip giants such as NXP, stmicroelectronics, Infineon and Texas Instruments are also planning price increases.
Sources said that NXP car chip production capacity has been unable to meet the demand, may have to raise the price of car chip. As for stmicroelectronics, Infineon and Texas Instruments, they also plan to raise prices for industrial and automotive components in the fourth quarter of this year. Among them, industrial components will rise by about 10%, and automotive components will rise by about 20%, fee components will not increase.
