SGMicroelectronics has launched the SGM61280, an 8A, 23V, synchronous step-down converter with a 3.3V LDO.
This device can be applied in industrial low-power systems, notebook computers,
liquid crystal displays, televisions, as well as DSP, FPGA, and ASIC power supplies.
The SGM61280 is a high-efficiency,
miniature 8A synchronous step-down converter suitable for wide input voltage applications,
integrating low RDSON MOSFET switches, and providing an efficient fixed output voltage version of SGM61280 - 3.3.
This device adopts constant on-time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response,
and the SGM61280 - 3.3 supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 23V.
The SGM61280 adopts a space-saving and environmentally friendly UTQFN - 3×3 - 12AL green package.
